HOW TO USE THE DEVICE
EXCEL MAX is divided into two parts. (ultrasound and magnetic) and can be used simultaneously: probes, 4 ultrasonic plates, 2 magnetic plates and magnetic light.
EXCEL MAX is a complete and effective system for the simultaneous implementation of therapies: magnetic therapy, blue and infrared light – photocatalysis and ultrasound therapy.
Therapies are set individually, and multiple therapies can be used simultaneously.

You can have a magnetic pillow attached during all therapies. This will achieve even faster results. Thanks to the smart card, it is possible to choose the settings that best suit your requirements.

Magnetic therapy
Excell max comes with a pair of panels with a magnetic light. Optionally, therapies with a magnetic pillow or accessories (vest, neck strap, lumbar region, face) can also be performed. In this case, you will be able to perform all other therapies available on this device at the same time.
What is magnetic therapy?
Magnetic therapy is a form of physiotherapy that uses electro-magnetic energy. In its operation it uses low frequencies and low levels of pulsating (pulsed) magnetic fields. The basic principle that makes magnetic therapy produce therapeutic effects is to restore order in the cells themselves. Magnetic therapy also regenerates tissues and promotes natural organic defenses.
Magnetic therapy affects:
- Anti-inflammatory and anti-edema
- Promoting tissue repair processes
Cell membranes are essentially like “small batteries” and the electrical potential they supply can be measured. Specifically, in healthy nerve cells, the potential difference between the inner nucleus and the outer membrane measures 90 mV (thousandths of a volt), while in other cells this difference is around 70mV. When there is less electrical potential inside the cells, the body feels the consequences in the form of inflammation, pain in the bones, joints and back, and unhealed wounds.
When these cells get sick due to infection, injury or some other cause, they lose their energy supply and so a cell that should have 70mV when it is healthy only measures 50 / 55mV when it is sick. When it falls below 30mV this leads to necrosis or in other words, premature cell death.

What is an ultrasound?
Ultrasound is divided into aesthetic and therapeutic ultrasound.
Ultrasound is defined as a higher frequency acoustic vibration and is inaudible to the human ear. The tissue absorbs ultrasonic energy and eventually converts it into heat. The 1Mhz frequency penetrates deeper than the 3hz frequency.
The interaction between ultrasonic waves and biological tissue creates many effects: mechanical, thermal, chemical, and cavitary.
Ultrasound therapy can be performed:
- We slide the probe over the skin. This method is used most often. We need to use the conductive part for the conductor.
- The ultrasound plates or probe are placed on the selected part and held throughout the therapy. (conductive gel must be used).
